We offer a wide collection of sarees, kurtis, salwar suits, and other ethnic wear — blending traditional beauty with modern design.

2. Order Processing Time

We aim to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible.

• All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment verification.

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• In case of high demand or seasonal sales, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Once your order is packed and ready, you will receive an email or SMS notification containing your shipment details and tracking number.

3. Shipping Time

Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier partner availability.

EduStyle works with trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, and DTDC to ensure safe and timely delivery.

4. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across India, covering most cities and towns.

5. Shipping Charges

EduStyle strives to offer affordable or free shipping options for all customers:

• Free Shipping: Orders above ₹999 (within India) qualify for free delivery.

• Standard Shipping Fee: A nominal charge of ₹80–₹120 applies for orders below ₹999, depending on location.

• Express Shipping Fee: Available on request at an additional cost.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and courier link via SMS or email.
You can use this link to track your shipment’s live status on the courier’s website.

7. Delivery Terms

• Deliveries are made only on business days (Monday–Saturday).

• In case of missed delivery attempts, the courier service will re-attempt before returning the parcel.

• Please ensure that the delivery address and contact number provided during checkout are accurate to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

EduStyle is not responsible for late or failed deliveries caused by:

• Incorrect address provided by the customer

• Recipient unavailability

• Courier delays due to weather, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances

8. Order Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. In such cases:

• Our support team will keep you informed via email or phone.

• You may cancel the order if it hasn’t been shipped yet for a full refund.

• Once shipped, cancellation or rerouting may not be possible.

9. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package appears tampered, damaged, or partially delivered, please do the following:

1. Do not accept the package from the delivery person.

2. Immediately contact our customer service team with photos or videos as proof.

3. EduStyle will verify and arrange a replacement or refund within 7–10 business days after verification.

For missing items or wrong products, kindly notify us within 48 hours of delivery for a quick resolution.

10. International Shipping (Coming Soon)

EduStyle is preparing to expand its global reach.
Once international shipping launches, customers outside India will enjoy:

11. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

If the order is canceled before shipping, a full refund will be initiated within 7 business days.

12. Lost or Undelivered Orders

In rare cases where a parcel is lost in transit, EduStyle will investigate with the courier partner and either:

• Resend the product (if available), or

• Issue a full refund after official courier confirmation.

13. Change of Address

If you wish to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
Address changes after dispatch cannot be accommodated.
