Return & Refund Policy

At EduStyle, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We take great care to ensure that each product meets our standards of quality, craftsmanship, and style. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy and transparent return and refund policy to make your shopping experience smooth and worry-free.

This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.


1. About EduStyle

EduStyle is a modern fashion brand founded by Isha Rani, Adharsh, Bheema Shankar, Mariya, and Harshika, based in Yadgir, Karnataka. We specialize in ethnic and contemporary fashion, including sarees, kurtis, salwar suits, and more.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your product must meet the following conditions:

  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

  • The product must not show any signs of wear, alteration, or damage.

  • Return is applicable only for manufacturing defects, wrong products, or size issues (if available for exchange).

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or tailored orders

  • Discounted or clearance sale items

  • Innerwear, accessories, or items marked “Final Sale”

EduStyle reserves the right to reject a return request if the product does not meet the above conditions.


3. Return Process

We’ve made returning your order simple and convenient.

Step 1: Initiate a Return

Contact us at ajitnatekar116@gmail.com or call +91 79 7522 6891 within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.

Step 2: Approval & Pickup

Once approved, our team will schedule a pickup from your delivery address (in select locations) or request you to ship the item to our return center.

Step 3: Product Inspection

Once we receive your item, it will be inspected to verify condition, tags, and quality. Returns that fail inspection will be sent back to the customer.

Step 4: Refund or Replacement

After inspection approval, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. In cases of exchanges, we will have it delivered within 5-7 business days.


4. Refund Policy

EduStyle issues refunds based on the mode of payment used at the time of purchase.

Refund Timelines:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • COD Orders: Refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit after confirmation.

  • Partial Refunds: If only part of your order is returned, a refund will be issued for the returned items only within 7 business days.

Please note that shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery at ajitnatekar116@gmail.com with clear photos or videos of the issue.

  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no extra cost.

  • Please retain the original packaging for return verification.

EduStyle reserves the right to request additional evidence before approving replacements.


6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed for the same product in a different size or color (if available).

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If the desired variant is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued instead (Refund or Store credits are issues instantly, and are valid till 1 year from the date of issuance)

  • The return item must meet the same eligibility requirements mentioned above.

  • In most cases, an exchanged / replaced item is delivered within 5-7 business days. 


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not been received after 10 business days:

  • First, check your bank or payment account for updates.

  • Then, contact your payment provider or bank—it may take some time before the refund reflects.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before shipment only. Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
To cancel an order, email us at ajitnatekar116@gmail.com with your order number.

If canceled successfully before shipment, you will receive a full refund within 7 business days.


9. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error from our side (wrong, damaged, or defective item), EduStyle will bear the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is for personal reasons (size, change of mind, etc.), the customer must bear the return shipping charges.


10. Important Notes

  • EduStyle is not responsible for products damaged after delivery due to misuse, neglect, or poor handling.

  • Refund approval is subject to quality check at our return center.

  • All refunds will be processed to the same account used for purchase unless otherwise requested and approved.
